Here goes nothing

Well, I've decided to start a blog. I think it will be a nice way to remember this time of my life. I am so absolutely terrible at keeping a journal so let's see if this whole blog thing doesn't work out better.

A lot is about to start changing around here. After a long long process, we got the call three days ago. On Friday, March 28th, Matt got offered a conditional offer for the Chandler Police Department, so I'm sure you can be expecting some pretty crazy blog posts in the near future. We could not be more excited. He goes into the police academy in May, and then assuming everything goes well (I'm sure it will, Matt is amazing and great at everything) he will be hired on and start early this fall! So we have that going on this summer, we also plan on buying our first house, I will (finally) be starting at ASU after 6 semesters of community college and we've recently added a little peanut to our family! Lewis Henry the Dog. He is so stinken adorable, I didn't even know I could love a doggy this much. So holy cow I can't even imagine how much we are going to love a baby haha.

Lewis is a tea cup Yorkie! He is actually 1lb over tea cup standard but too small to be a normal Yorkie, nevertheless he is 4lbs and SO adorable and fun! Matt got him for me this past Christmas.
Anyway, we are looking forward to a busy summer, with everything going on and a possible Cancun trip coming our way, we'll see how it all plays out and hopefully I can get into this whole blogging world!
